In this entry-level role, you will be involved in comprehensive title searches using platforms like Data Trace, Netro-online, and Title Point. Your efforts will play a critical part in helping our clients navigate the complexities of title searches, particularly in states like California and Arizona. We offer a competitive salary range of ₹200,000 - ₹480,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough title searches using various online platforms
- Verify and analyze property records and legal documents




- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information
- Prepare detailed reports on title findings
- Assist in resolving title discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of searches and findings
- Stay updated on state-specific title laws and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the process

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus
- 0-4 years of experience in title search or related areas
- Familiarity with platforms such as Data Trace, Netro-online, and Title Point
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficient in using computers and online research tools
- Knowledge of title search processes and regulations in CA and AZ is preferred
