As a Customer Love Executive, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience with our brand. This includes handling all incoming customer queries on various channels, meeting SLA and quality benchmarks, and maintaining delivery exceptions with courier partners.

You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be to resolve their queries efficiently and effectively. You'll work closely with our CL Manager to ensure that all customer issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.

In addition to handling customer queries, you'll also be responsible for maintaining and updating trackers, including query logs, escalation trackers, refund/replacement registers, and sharing weekly summaries of recurring issues with the CL Manager.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong background in customer service and problem-solving. You'll be proficient in using various communication channels, including social media platforms, and have a basic knowledge of social media platforms.
