Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting the company's logistics and transportation services. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate recent business opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Contact prospective customers and explain the company's logistics services.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed business.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide timely solutions.




Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

Eligibility:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0 3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, customer service, or logistics sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Preferred Skills:

Basic understanding of logistics, transportation, courier, supply chain, or freight operations (experience is an advantage but not mandatory).
Good communication and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Willingness to learn about freight, shipping, and transportation services.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is an added advantage.
