Job Title: Receptionist

Location: B-60, Noida Sector-65
Salary: 15,000 18,000 per month
Timing: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Working days: 6 Days
About the Role:
We are looking for a professional and proactive receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, good management abilities, and a welcoming personality to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, couriers, and deliveries.
-Coordinate office floor management and ensure cleanliness and orderliness.
-Assist with scheduling, meeting arrangements, and basic office administration.
- Maintain visitor records and handle basic inquiries.
- Collaborate with the HR team for day-to-day office operations.
-Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
-Excellent Requirements:communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and management abilities.
-Qualified appearance and a friendly, approachable personality.
-Ability to multitask and handle administrative duties efficiently.
