TL;DR: A high-ownership executor who keeps the marketing engine running: calendar hygiene, publishing, shoot coordination, community engagement execution, and weekly reporting.

What you build: Reliable marketing throughput and a clean process so brand work can go deeper without slowing execution.

We are hiring a Marketing Generalist to run day-to-day marketing execution. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is organised, proactive, and can coordinate content production and publishing with minimal follow-ups.

Salary range is 6-7 LPA

Reporting and ways of working

- You will work closely with the brand and growth functions to keep the weekly execution cadence tight (calendar, assets, and reporting).

What you will do

- Calendar + execution ops Maintain the quarterly and weekly marketing calendar.
- Keep a 2-week planned runway with transparent deadlines and approvals.
- Content production execution Coordinate shoots end-to-end (schedules, requirements, on-ground checklists, asset handover). Design and get final posts approved.
- Publishing + community execution Publish content across Instagram and support publishing across LinkedIn, WhatsApp/Email, and website updates as needed.




- Execute daily community engagement (comments, DMs), and escalate edge cases.
- Cross-channel adaptation Adapt content across channels using Brand Leads templates and tone guardrails.
- Ensure outbound comms stay on-brand.
- Tracking + reporting Maintain trackers for engagement and campaign outcomes.
- Share a weekly performance snapshot and learnings with the CEO + Brand Lead (what to repeat, what to stop, what to test next).

What you will need

- Solid execution and project management.
- Clear writing and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using tools like Notion, Google Sheets, and Canva (or willing to learn fast).
- Ability to coordinate people and vendors and close loops without follow-ups.

Location and work style

- Full time, in person role
- Based out of South Delhi
- 5 days work from office. Saturday is work from home.
