Job Title: Lead Accountant – Epicor ERPLocation: Mohali (Work from Office)Shift Timing: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM ISTExperience: Minimum 4 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Lead Accountant with strong expertise in Epicor ERP to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing accounting operations using Epicor, possess strong knowledge of financial reporting, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting international business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end accounting operations using Epicor ERP .Maintain the General Ledger (GL) and ensure accurate financial record keeping.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.Conduct bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entries.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.Support budgeting, forecasting,



and variance analysis.Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.Identify process improvements and optimize accounting workflows within Epicor ERP.Assist finance leadership with management reports and business insights.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting and system-related issues.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA Inter/MBA Finance is an added advantage).Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience working on Epicor ERP.Strong understanding of General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes.Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.Solid Microsoft Excel skills.Ability to analyze financial data and prepare management reports.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and lead accounting activities.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting US or international accounting operations.Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS.Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, or product-based organizations using Epicor ERP.Prior experience mentoring junior accounting professionals.What We're Looking ForStrong ownership and accountability.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.Willingness to work 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST from the Mohali office .
