Work from home PostingJob Title: Customer Care ExecutiveLocation: Work from homeCompany: TeleperformanceEmployment Type : 3 months ContractualWorking Days: 6 Days a WeekShifts : Rotational shift (Including Rotational weekends and holidays)Required : Laptop/Pc , Wifi, InverterKey Responsibilities:Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, chats, or emails professionally.Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, orders, or complaints.Ensure first contact resolution (FCR) and maintain customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to quality guidelines.Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels appropriately.Meet performance KPIs such as AHT, quality, attendance, and productivity.Stay updated on product/process knowledge through regular training sessions.Eligibility Criteria:Education: Graduate (Any stream).Experience:
