We are looking for a QA leader who will own end-to-end product quality at Muvi .You will lead a team of 30+ QA engineers (manual + automation) and build a robust quality culture across the company.Responsibilities:Own quality across all Muvi products (Web, Mobile, APIs, platform)Lead and grow a team of 30+ QA engineersDefine and execute the overall QA and automation strategyExplore use of AI in testing (test generation, visual testing, etc.)Drive automation across UI, API, and mobile (Android & iOS)Integrate testing deeply into CI/CD pipelines for faster and safer releasesWork closely with engineering and product teams to ensure high-quality releasesReduce production issues and improve release confidenceBuild and maintain scalable automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Appium, etc.)Define test coverage, regression strategy, and release readiness criteriaIntroduce modern practices like shift-left testing and continuous testingRequirements:10+ years in QA,
