About the Role We are looking for a driven Senior Sales Executive to join our US IT Staffing team. In this role, you will manage bench consultants, build strong relationships with vendors and clients, and drive successful placements in the competitive US IT staffing market. You'll also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.Key Responsibilities Sales & Bench ManagementMarket bench consultants to Tier-1 vendors, MSPs, and direct clientsBuild and expand vendor/client relationshipsManage the end-to-end sales cycle - lead generation, submissions, negotiation, and closureEnsure a steady pipeline of requirements with quick submission turnaroundNegotiate billing rates and finalize contract termsMaintain consistent follow-ups on submissions, interviews,



and placementsCandidate Engagement & Career AdvisoryUnderstand candidates' career goals and match them with the right opportunitiesBuild long-term relationships with IT professionalsCoordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-upsDeliver a smooth, positive candidate experience from sourcing to placementMaintain accurate candidate data in ATS/CRM systemsTeam & Performance ManagementMentor and support junior sales executivesTrack individual and team performance against targetsMaintain accurate daily/weekly sales reportingWhat We're Looking For Robust expertise in Bench Sales and US IT RecruitmentExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsEstablished network with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partnersSolid understanding of US visa types ( H1B, OPT, GC, USC )Leadership qualities with a mentoring mindsetStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesComfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environmentQualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline3+ years of experience in Bench Sales / US IT Recruitment / IT Staffing SalesProven track record in placements and revenue generation
