About the
Job Role

We are seeking a highly
driven and strategic Senior Program
Manager – International Business & Strategic Partnership to work
closely with the CEO and CTO in driving the company's international growth
strategy and key business initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical
role in identifying new market opportunities, building global partnerships,




leading strategic programs, and supporting executive decision-making to
accelerate business growth across international markets. This role requires
solid business acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and hands-on
experience in the fintech, banking, or digital payments ecosystem.

Key
Responsibilities
-Collaborate
closely with the management and senior leadership team to drive strategic
initiatives and execute the organization's international business growth
roadmap.

-Identify,
evaluate, and develop new business opportunities across global markets, with a
focus on banks, fintechs, payment service providers, enterprises, and strategic
partners.

-Own the
international business pipeline, strategic partnerships, and revenue generation
targets across assigned regions, driving sustainable business growth and market
expansion.

-Build and manage
relationships with CXOs, banking partners, payment networks, regulators, and
ecosystem stakeholders.

-Lead strategic
programs from opportunity identification through execution, ensuring alignment
with business objectives, timelines, and commercial goals.

-Conduct market
research, competitor benchmarking, and regulatory analysis to identify emerging
trends and expansion opportunities.

-Develop business
proposals, partnership models, RFP/RFI responses, commercial presentations, and
executive reports.

-Collaborate with
Product, Technology, Compliance, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to
deliver scalable and compliant business solutions.

-Support
commercial negotiations, strategic partnerships, and contract execution with
international clients and partners.

-Monitor program
performance,



business KPIs, project risks, and implementation milestones while
providing regular updates to senior leadership.

-Represent the
organization at customer meetings, industry events, partner engagements, and
international business forums.

-Drive continuous
process improvement and contribute to the company's long-term international
growth strategy.

-Leverage business development and project
management tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Zoho CRM (or
equivalent CRM platforms), Zoho Projects, Jira, Microsoft Office Suite, and
Google Workspace to manage sales pipelines, customer relationships,
executive reporting, and strategic initiatives

-Proven experience
working with international clients, banks, payment networks, fintech companies,
or enterprise customers.

-Demonstrated
success in driving international business development, strategic partnerships,
managing sales pipelines, and achieving revenue targets.

-Experience
working closely with CXOs or senior leadership on strategic business
initiatives.

-Strong understanding of the global fintech,
banking, and digital payments ecosystem.
