Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive
to manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing activities. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews,
onboarding candidates, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and
candidates to ensure timely hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent, contractual, and temporary staffing requirements.

- Understand
client hiring requirements and prepare recruitment strategies.

- Source
candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and
other recruitment channels.

- Screen
resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

- Schedule
and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.

- Follow
up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Negotiate
salary and assist in offer rollouts.

- Build




and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future
hiring needs.

- Ensure
timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards.

- Generate
recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and status updates.

- Stay
updated on market trends, hiring practices, and talent availability.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

- 1–5 years of experience in general staffing, recruitment, or talent
acquisition.

- Experience
working with recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or
similar platforms.

Required Skills

- Solid
communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent
sourcing and candidate assessment abilities.

- Good
negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability
to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

- Strong
organizational and time management skills.

- Ability
to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
