? Location: Nalmuri (Near Malancha/Bhangar), South 24 Parganas, West Bengal

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Recruiters to manage bulk hiring for warehouse and field operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Source and recruit blue-collar candidates across South 24 Parganas.

Conduct field sourcing drives and candidate interviews.

Coordinate onboarding and joining activities.

Meet hiring targets through regular field visits.

Requirements

Eligibility:

Minimum 6 months of experience in blue-collar/bulk hiring.

Experience hiring Packer, Picker, Sorter, Loader, Unloader, Data Entry Operator, ITI and similar profiles.

Minimum 12th Pass.

Bike is mandatory for field travel.

Male & Female candidates can apply.

CTC: Up to ₹23,000 per month
