Position: Area Sales Manager

Location: Faridabad (Field Sales)

Department: Sales

Reporting To: Sales Head / General Manager

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive generator sales in Faridabad and nearby regions. The candidate will be responsible for field sales, business development, customer acquisition, dealer engagement, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct field visits daily to generate new business opportunities for diesel and gas generators.

Identify and approach industrial, commercial, residential, hospitals, builders, factories, schools, and government clients requiring power backup solutions.

Achieve a minimum sales target of 5 generators per quarter and 5 DG Set sales per month. Sales beyond the monthly target will be eligible for incentive as per company policy.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers,



contractors, consultants, OEMs, and channel partners.

Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular updates on leads, meetings, and conversions through CRM or daily reports.

Conduct competitor analysis, monitor market trends, and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Coordinate with the technical, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Follow up on payments, customer documentation, and post-sales support.

Represent the company professionally during customer meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
