Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month

- Job Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service at the branch.
- Assist customers with courier, logistics, and shipment-related services.
- Create and update customer and shipment details in the system.
- Process bookings, invoices, and necessary documentation accurately.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth shipment processing.
- Maintain accurate records and follow company SOPs.
- Achieve service quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Eligibility Graduate in any discipline.




- 1–3 years of experience in Counter Sales, Customer Service, Front Office, or Retail Sales.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
