Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. You will be responsible for executing daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate ledgers, managing invoices, and assisting with tax compliance to ensure the smooth financial operations of our company.

Key Responsibilities

- Day-to-Day Bookkeeping: Record daily cash flows, bank transactions, expenses, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Invoicing & Billing: Generate accurate client invoices, verify vendor bills, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure error-free accounting books.
- Tax Compliance: Assist in preparing GST calculations, filing returns, and processing TDS deductions accurately.
- Financial Reporting: Help prepare monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and ledger reports for management.
- Payroll Support: Assist in processing monthly employee salaries,



tracking attendance inputs, and managing reimbursements.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master’s degree (M.Com / MBA Finance).
- Core Software: Mandatory hands-on experience with Tally Prime or Tally ERP 9.
- Spreadsheets: Excellent proficiency in MS Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic financial formulas).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of general accounting principles, GST regulations, and TDS rules.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, mathematical accuracy, strong organization, and integrity.
