Key Responsibilities

* Manage front desk operations and guest check-ins.
* Handle customer queries and provide prompt assistance.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
* Maintain a positive, ly, and qualified environment.
* Support event operations and guest management whenever required.
Requirements
* Female candidates only.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Well-groomed with a professional personality.
* Customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
