Chemist Box Private Limited is a growing multi-outlet retail pharmacy chain based in Bihar, currently operating around 20–24 physical stores with a strong expansion plan.

Role Overview:

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Job Description: It involves administrative, operational, and support tasks that are crucial for a company's smooth functioning, but don't directly interact with customers. This role focuses on internal processes, data management, and record-keeping to support the front office and overall business operations.

Role & Responsibility:

· Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational analysis as it relates to volume, efficiencies, cycle time, quality and service

· Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).

· Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis

· Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication

· Maintain thorough understanding of data and information resources





· Excellent knowledge in computer software usage – Microsoft word, excel and power point.

Other Skills:

- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and listening skills
- Analytical thinking
- Knowledge of QA (Quality Assurance) processes
- Familiarity with CRM or call-center tools

Education & Experience Qualification:

· 1-2 years in MIS field, knowledge of advanced excel formulas , or back office in any banking sector

· Any graduate with strong academics from a reputed institute.

Previous experience in a back-office or administrative role is preferred, though not always required.

Educational Qualification:

- Minimum:- Graduate or above
- Experience:- More than 1 year of experience in a similar role

Salary Package & Other Advantages: -

- Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per Month +PF+ESIC
