- Handle overseas air freight pricing for import/export shipments and provide competitive quotations.
- Coordinate with overseas agents, airlines, co-loaders, transporters, CHAs, and vendors for rates and shipment movement.
- Handle end-to-end Air Import & Export Coordination, including bookings, documentation, cargo movement, and delivery.
- Prepare and verify MAWB/HAWB, AWB instructions, invoice, packing list, SLI, COO, DG declaration, pre-alerts, and other shipment documents.
- Track shipments, coordinate flight schedules, cargo uplift, arrival, customs clearance, and delivery.
- Analyse market rates, fuel costs, surcharges, competitor pricing, and ensure profitable pricing.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and overseas agents for smooth shipment execution.
- Negotiate freight rates with airlines, agents, and vendors and maintain updated rate sheets.
- Resolve pricing, documentation, and operational issues promptly.
- Maintain quotations, shipment records, rate sheets, and daily MIS.
- Ensure compliance with IATA, customs, airline, and international freight forwarding regulations.
