Job Responsibilities

* Source candidates through job portals and social media.

* Screen resumes and schedule interviews.

* Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

* Conduct initial HR interviews.

* Maintain candidate and employee records.

* Handle interview follow-ups and recruitment documentation.

* Support onboarding and joining formalities.

* Assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks.

Required Skills

* Good communication skills in English and Telugu.





* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

* Robust interpersonal and organizational skills.

* Ability to work in a team and meet hiring deadlines.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

* Freshers are welcome to apply.

* Experienced candidates (0–3 years) are preferred.

* Immediate joiners are an advantage.

Salary: Starts from ₹12,500/ – upto ₹30,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
