Job Description

- Lead, guide, and supervise a team of telemarketing executives by planning daily activities, setting targets, providing support, and ensuring consistent performance and discipline.
- Handle individual sales targets through tele-calling and lead conversion
- Ensure team members achieve sales targets
- Monitor daily calling activities, productivity, and conversions
- Motivate and support the team to improve performance
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports
- Handle customer escalations when required

Work Location: Coimbatore

Qualification: Any Degree / 3 years Diploma

Experience: Minimum 1 year of team handling experience

Salary: 3.5 LPA to 4.8 LAP
