Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive

? Key Responsibilities

Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & other social media platforms

Create and manage social media posts, reels, stories & property content

Plan and execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Handle Google Ads and lead generation campaigns

Create AI-generated videos and marketing content

Video editing for Reels, Property Videos & Promotional Videos

Design flyers, posters, thumbnails & social media creatives

Basic graphic designing using Canva / Photoshop or similar tools

Track leads and campaign performance

Work closely with the Sales & Operations team

Develop creative marketing ideas for real estate properties

✅ Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads

Knowledge of Google Ads

Good Video Editing skills

Knowledge of AI Video / AI Content Creation tools

Social Media Management

Canva / Photoshop knowledge

Good communication and creative thinking

Real Estate marketing experience is an advantage
