Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Mechanical O&M; activities of Chemical Plant/ Metal / Fertilizer Process Plant.

• Perform preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of plant equipment.

• Maintain critical static & rotary equipment like Pumps, Agitators, Compressors, Gearboxes, Valves, Reactors, Heat Exchangers, etc.

• Execute plant shutdown maintenance, equipment inspection, and commissioning activities.

• Ensure equipment reliability, minimize breakdowns, and improve plant availability.

• Lead maintenance team and ensure compliance with HSE practices (PTW, LOTO, JSA & 5S).

• Maintain SAP PM/MIS reports and monitor maintenance KPIs.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in Chemical Plant / Fertilizer Plant / Metal Industry Mechanical Maintenance is mandatory.

• Good knowledge of corrosion-prone equipment handling in acid plant setting.

• Experience with static & rotary equipment troubleshooting.

• Exposure to plant commissioning and DCS-based process plant operations.

• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, shutdown planning & spare management.

• Team handling and leadership skills.

• Safety-focused approach with knowledge of PTW, LOTO & JSA.

• SAP PM knowledge preferred
