Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, manage and motivate a team of field sales executives

* Drive EDC machine deployments and merchant onboarding

* Monitor team productivity and daily field activity

* Coach team members to achieve and exceed targets Ensure robust merchant relationships and activation

Eligibility:

✔ 2-5 years of experience in field sales / fintech / payments

✔️Experience in managing a sales team preferred Strong leadership and communication skills

✔️Passion for building and scaling a sales business
