- Present and promote residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and assist in closing property deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with marketing, legal, and operations teams for smooth transaction completion.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- SalaryFixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
- Incentive: ₹90,000+ (As per Performance)
