Job Title: Advocate

Location: Borivali, Mumbai

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Advocate to handle drafting of Agreement for Sale and Property-related agreements at our Borivali, Mumbai office. The candidate should have sound knowledge of property law and hands-on experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Draft Agreement for Sale, Property Agreements, and related legal documents
- Review legal documents, contracts, and deeds
- Handle property documentation and due diligence
- Coordinate with clients, registrars, and other legal authorities
- Ensure compliance with applicable property and real estate laws
- Assist in registration of agreements and related legal procedures

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Advocate (property/real estate experience mandatory)
- LLB degree from a recognized university
- Enrolled with the Bar Council
- Robust drafting and documentation skills
