Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the security of the restaurant, bakery, and storage areas.
- Verify and record all incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Maintain dispatch, visitor, and vehicle logs.
- Check delivery documents before goods enter or leave the premises.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities to prevent loss or theft.
- Record daily back-end operational activities and report any irregularities.
- Monitor CCTV and conduct routine patrols.
- Control access to restricted areas and maintain visitor records.
- Assist with inventory checks and support emergency procedures.
Requirements
- Prior security experience preferred.
- Good observation, record-keeping, and communication skills.
- Honest, responsible, and physically fit.
- Basic literacy in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
- Willingness to work adaptable shifts.
