Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities

- Supervise all fuel station operations during the assigned shift.
- Lead and motivate Customer Service Attendants (CSAs), café staff, and other team members.
- Ensure safe fuel handling and compliance with Shell's health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor fuel, lubricants, deli2go café, and convenience store sales to achieve shift targets.
- Manage cash collections, POS transactions, daily sales reconciliation, and banking procedures.
- Maintain accurate shift reports, inventory records, and operational documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment of fuel, lubricants, café products, and retail merchandise.
- Ensure the forecourt, café, restrooms,



and convenience store are clean and well maintained.
- Conduct shift briefings, allocate duties, and monitor employee performance.
- Handle emergencies, equipment issues, and operational incidents according to company procedures.
- Support promotional campaigns and upselling of Shell fuels, lubricants, and retail products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
