- Greet and assist customers in selecting suitable products.
- Explain product features, prices, and offers.
- Maintain product displays and keep the showroom organized.
- Handle billing and basic cash/UPI transactions when required.
- Manage stock arrangement and inform management about low stock.
- Ensure excellent customer service and help achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Positive communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of sports products is preferred.
- Polite, energetic, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Prior retail sales experience is an advantage.
