- Key Responsibilities:Review architectural, interior, and MEP drawings and specifications.
- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for commercial interior projects.
- Estimate costs for civil, carpentry, modular furniture, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, glass, and finishing works.
- Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
- Prepare detailed project cost estimates and tender documents.
- Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, Projects, and Sales teams for project requirements.
- Ensure estimates are accurate, competitive, and submitted within deadlines.
- Maintain updated material price lists and labor rates.
- Prepare value engineering proposals to optimize project costs.
- Assist in preparing project budgets and cost analysis reports.
- Clarify technical and commercial queries during the tendering process.
- Maintain estimation records, databases, and documentation.
- Support project handover by explaining BOQs and cost details to the execution team.
