We are looking for a Key Account Manager – Channel Partner to drive customer acquisition through a robust network of Real Estate Channel Partners / Brokers.
The role involves building and managing relationships with existing and new channel partners, generating customer referrals, and ensuring high-quality leads that contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly visit existing and new Real Estate Channel Partners / Brokers to strengthen relationships and expand the partner network.
- Drive consistent lead generation and customer referrals through Channel Partners.
- Ensure the quality of leads generated through partners, with a focus on customer site visits or experience centre visits.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and action on customer requirements.
- Build strong relationships with partners through effective communication and service excellence.
- Maintain professional conduct and represent the company's brand values during all partner interactions.
Eligibility / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience working with Real Estate Channel Partners is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of broker networks and real-estate dynamics.
- Good sales and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working in a field-based role with flexible working hours.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; regional language proficiency is preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
