Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Welcome guests warmly, explain menu options, and process orders accurately.
- Food and Beverage Preparation: Make coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, or plate light snacks and pastries.
- Billing and Cash Handling: Operate POS registers, manage digital/UPI/cash transactions, and balance the cash drawer.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance: Transparent tables, sanitize counters, wash utensils, and keep the seating area tidy.
- Stock Management: Restock front-of-house displays, monitor inventory, and report shortages to management
