Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the company's software.
- Assist customers in setting up and using the software.
- Provide software demonstrations and customer training.
- Handle customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, and remote support.
- Coordinate with the technical team regarding customer feedback and new requirements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Travel to customer locations when required for software implementation and training.
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Quick learner with positive problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work with customers.
