Designation: Staff Nurse

Position Overview:

Blossom Multi Speciality Hospital is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and patient-focused Staff Nurses to join our Nursing Services Department. We welcome applications from both freshers and experienced professionals who are committed to delivering safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered care while adhering to NABH standards and hospital protocols.Immediate Joiners will be given preference.

Educational Qualification:

- General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM)
- B.Sc. Nursing (Basic/Post Basic)
- Valid State Nursing Council Registration (Preferred)
- ExperienceFreshers are encouraged to apply.
- Experienced Staff Nurses are also welcome.
- Candidates with hospital experience in ICU, OT, Emergency, Ward, NICU, PICU, Dialysis, or Casualty will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality nursing care according to hospital policies and NABH standards.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and clinical observations.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.




- Follow infection prevention and biomedical waste management protocols.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment, medication, and discharge care.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Ensure patient safety, confidentiality, dignity, and comfort.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, training programs, and departmental meetings.
