Job Title: Plant Supervisor / Production Supervisor (Day Shift)

Shift Timing: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Day Shift)

- Job Responsibilities:Supervise and manage daily plant and production operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor manpower, machine performance, and production efficiency.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare daily production reports and maintain operational records.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain discipline, housekeeping, and productivity on the shop floor.




- Eligibility:Experience in plant supervision or production management preferred.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of production processes and manufacturing operations.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/ERP is an added advantage).
- Ability to manage daily operations efficiently.
