We're Hiring – Restaurant Service Team

We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our growing team at The Kind Roastery & Brew Room.

- Captain
- Steward / Waiter
- Service Associate
- Restaurant Helper / Utility
- Busser (Table Clearance)

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Guide guests to their tables and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately (Captain/Steward roles).
- Coordinate with the kitchen for timely order pickup and service.
- Set up, clear, and reset tables efficiently.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve basic service concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area and service stations.




- Support opening and closing operations of the restaurant.
- Assist the team in ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Follow company SOPs and maintain professional grooming and behaviour.

Candidate Requirements

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Team player with professional behavior.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced restaurant environment.
- Experience in cafés, restaurants, or hotels is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply for Helper and Steward positions.

Experience: Fresher to 3+ Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
