Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, following up with leads, and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills, a strong customer-focused approach, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Close sales through cold calling, presentations, field visits, and door-to-door visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to maximize sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Research the market and develop creative sales strategies to improve results.
- Maintain and regularly update the customer/client database.




- Collect customer feedback and provide market updates to management.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer service and order processing.

Job Requirements

- Qualification: Below 10th / 10th / 12th / Equivalent.
- Experience: 2 – 6+ years in Sales / Field Sales / Business Development.
- Positive knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use digital tools effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for field work.
- Candidates with relevant sales experience will be preferred.
