Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Recruiter with 1 year of core recruitment experience who will handle the day-to-day coordination and initial execution of our hiring pipeline. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, source active talent, and ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience from application to offer.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing: Identify qualified talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and social networks.

Resume Screening: Review resumes against open job specifications to shortlist top-tier talent. Conduct phone and video screening interviews to assess basic skills and alignment.

Interview Coordination: Manage schedules, calendars, and invitations between candidates and hiring teams.

ATS Management: Maintain updated candidate profiles and status tracking within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Candidate Communication:



Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring timely updates and a positive brand image.

Job Postings: Draft and publish engaging job advertisements across various hiring channels and careers pages.

Onboarding Support: Assist the broader HR team in preparing offer letters and setting up onboarding materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional recruitment experience in an agency or in-house setting.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Time Management: Proven ability to multitask, organize tasks, and meet weekly hiring objectives.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for professional candidate outreach. (English and Marathi language is a must)
