Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Field Sales

Location: Multiple Locations

Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month (CTC) + ₹3,000 Travel Allowance (TA) + Attractive Incentives

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard new retail merchants/vendors onto the PayNearby platform.

- Visit shops, merchants, and business establishments in the assigned territory.

- Explain PayNearby's digital payment and fintech solutions.

- Complete merchant onboarding and KYC documentation.

- Drive merchant activation and ensure regular transactions.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with retailers.

- Achieve monthly onboarding and activation targets.

- Provide training and support to merchants on using PayNearby services.

- Submit daily sales reports and market feedback.

Eligibility

- 1–5 years of experience in Field Sales/B2B Sales/Fintech Sales.





- Experience in merchant acquisition or EDC/POS/Soundbox sales is mandatory.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.

- Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
