Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for hotel operations. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for hospitality roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for hotel positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
- Schedule and follow up on interviews and selection processes.
- Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding of recent employees.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor laws.




- RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Preferred SkillsExperience hiring for hotel roles such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Engineering, and Sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
