E-Commerce Sales & Digital ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:

- Manage sales on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, website and other marketplaces.
- Handle product listing, pricing, images, descriptions and inventory.
- Monitor daily orders, sales, cancellations, returns and RTO.
- Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch team for timely order processing.
- Manage digital sales through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and other channels.
- Generate leads through social media and convert them into customers.
- Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS.
- Monitor competitors, pricing and market trends.
- Coordinate with marketing team for digital campaigns and promotions.
- Improve marketplace ranking, conversion rate and overall online revenue.
- Handle customer queries related to online orders.




- Maintain marketplace health, ratings, reviews and seller performance.
