Job Responsibilities:
- Operate manual and semi-automatic lathe machines for turning, facing, threading, and grooving operations.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and job orders.
- Measure and inspect finished components using vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and basic preventive maintenance.
- Ensure production quality and timely output.
- Coordinate with supervisor for job priorities and material handling.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in lathe operation (manual or semi-auto).
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Basic understanding of safety and machine handling.
- Preference for candidates from nearby areas (Chennai Pammal, Kundrathur & Pallavaram preferred).
- Age: 20–45 years
