Purchase Manager

Eligibility

? Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

?‍? Experience: 5–10 Years

? Salary: ₹4–6 LPA (Based on experience and performance)

? Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost and improve supply chain efficiency.

Source, evaluate, negotiate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability.

Obtain all required management approvals before issuing Purchase Orders (POs) and implementing price revisions.

Update the RM Planning Tracker, Ink Planning Tracker, and ERP system before placing Purchase Orders.

Manage supplier relationships, monitor supplier performance, and resolve procurement-related issues.





Procure recent raw materials and outsourced services by following the approved enquiry and authorization process.

Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, and material consumption to maintain optimum stock levels.

Coordinate with Production, Design, Stores, Quality, and Finance departments to ensure timely procurement.

Prepare procurement reports, supplier performance evaluations, and cost-saving analyses for management review.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, QMS procedures (ISEPL/QMSP/PUR), and submit daily work updates to the AGM – Purchase.
