Role Overview

This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. You will help clients purchase under-construction properties from leading builders across the city. This is a full-cycle sales role, where you’ll be involved in every stage of the customer journey—from the first conversation to the final closure.

As a Sales Executive, you will guide buyers throughout their home-buying journey:

* ? Call and follow up with interested buyers

* ? Connect with leads on WhatsApp and schedule meetings

* ? Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects





* ? Conduct site visits and property presentations

* ? Meet clients at the office, project sites, or their homes when required

* ? Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture leads

* ? Work towards monthly sales targets and celebrate successful closures

We’re looking for someone who is:

* ✨ An excellent communicator and confident speaker

* ? Presentable, proactive, and self-motivated

* ? Comfortable traveling across Bengaluru for client meetings and site visits

* ? Experienced in Sales, Real Estate, Insurance, Banking, or other B2C sectors (preferred but not mandatory)

* ? A fresher with strong communication and interpersonal skills is also welcome to apply
