Responsible for supervising daily site activities related to fabrication, piping, structural, and erection works while ensuring safety, quality, and timely project execution.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily site activities as per project schedule.
- Allocate and monitor work for fabrication, piping, structural, and erection teams.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, PPE usage, and statutory safety standards.
- Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, and manpower for uninterrupted execution.
- Monitor material utilization and minimize wastage.
- Prepare daily progress, manpower, and site reports.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve site issues.
- Support documentation, attendance records, and contractor billing activities.
- QualificationsDiploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.




- 3–6 years of experience in industrial projects involving fabrication, piping, or structural works.
- Required SkillsKnowledge of fabrication, piping, structural erection, and engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with ASME, API, AWS, and HSE standards.
- Robust leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and client coordination effectively.
