- Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all dispatch operations during the night shift.
- Coordinate with the production and plant teams to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.
- Prepare dispatch documentation, invoices, and shipment records.
- Monitor vehicle loading, inventory movement, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate dispatch reports and update management regularly.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and dispatch procedures.
- Coordinate with transporters and warehouse staff for smooth logistics operations.
- Eligibility:Experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or production coordination preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP/Tally is an added advantage).
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a night shift environment.
