- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and identify potential customers for solar energy solutions.
- Handle sales enquiries and explain solar products, systems, pricing, and benefits.
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand requirements.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team for proposals.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with installation and operations teams for smooth project execution.




- Stay updated on solar industry trends, products, and market developments.
- RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in Solar Sales / Renewable Energy Sales.
- Good knowledge of solar products and basic understanding of solar systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
- Valuable knowledge of the local Alwar market will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
