Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to manage end-to-end human resources functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in HR operations and passionate about creating a positive, high-performing work culture. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership teams in a fast-growing Fintech/NBFC environment and contribute to strategic HR initiatives that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI, NBFC, and Fintech roles.
- Source candidates through various job portals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from requirement gathering to offer closure.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and MIS reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Perform onboarding formalities for recent hires.
