We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward the most suitable training and career development programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding our training and career development programs.

• Understand candidates' educational background, work experience, and career objectives to recommend appropriate programs.

• Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective counselling and relationship building.

• Conduct follow-ups with prospective candidates through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.

• Explain course features, career opportunities, placement support, fee structure, and enrollment process.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners throughout the admission process.

• Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments in the CRM.

• Coordinate with trainers, admissions, and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

• Stay updated on industry trends, technology careers, and the company's training offerings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,



Marketing, Management, Education, or a related field.

• 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Admissions, Student Counselling, or Lead Conversion.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Career Counselling or student admissions is highly preferred.

• Experience in the EdTech industry is preferred.

• Experience in training institutes, universities, online learning platforms, or career consulting organizations is an added advantage.

• Ability to understand career paths in IT and emerging technologies is a plus.

• Experience handling inbound and outbound sales leads.
