Responsibilities
- Prepare burgers, pizzas, pasta, sandwiches, fries, and other continental fast food items.
- Maintain food quality, consistency, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Plan kitchen inventory, forecast ingredient requirements, coordinate grocery purchases, and promptly inform management before stock runs low.
- Follow standard recipes and work efficiently during busy service hours.
Requirements
- Experience in continental fast food preparation.
- Responsible, organized, and able to work well in a rapid-paced kitchen.
- Bonus skills: Knowledge of making Dosa and Parotta.
