The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and handing over construction and interior fit-out projects within the approved scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards. The role requires robust coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, procurement teams, designers, and site engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
